Regional Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Must have least 5 years experience in managing
Industrial/Commercial/IP Surveillance Networking a plus sale
- BA/BS, Master in Business Administration holder
is a plus
- Must be able to demonstrate a proven verifiable
track record of growing sales
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication
skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet
- Willing to participate in a fast paced,
challenging, and changing environment
- Possess positive attitude towards customer
service
- Must have formal sales process training and
experience
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have sales budgeting experience
- Must know how to write and implement a Sales
Plan
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall operations of Sales and
Customer Service Departments
- Advise the management on setting the strategy
for sales development, and possible area for prospecting
- To ensure that all sales activities conducted
are appropriately run
- Establish sales forecasts, quotas and goals
- Direct and evaluate team members’ performance
and take appropriate corrective actions as necessary according to Employee
Handbook
- Oversee development of Sales Account Managers’
assigned accounts
- Set standards for expected employee performance
for various team members in the Sales and Customer Service Departments
- Address team members concerns and resolve their
disputes consistent with company policies and procedures, prior to Human
Resources involvement
- Resolve customer issues that are beyond the
scope of Sales Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist responsibility
and authority
- Set and enforce standards to facilitate the
maintenance of customer relationships
- Assist Marketing Team for attending Trade Shows
as necessary
- Work with the Marketing Team regarding Leads
Management
- Review special pricing quotations
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to develop and
implement marketing strategy
- Oversee Certified Installer program
- Recruit, train and motivate employees to meet
and/or exceed expected results
- Review and approve RMA and credit memos
- Review and approve Domestic Sales Team Members’
travel
- Liaise with Executive Assistant and Engineering
Manager in relation with sales and marketing issues to assist in achieving
ISO 9001 system conformance
- Prepare periodic reports, such as RMA, Customer
Complaints, etc for Management Meeting
- Perform any other marketing and sales related
duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Sales Engineer
Position Summary:
The sales engineer serves
customers and partners and is responsible for the sales of Industrial Computing
& Networking products including Industrial PoE, Industrial Ethernet,
Industrial Media Converter, Industrial Communication Computer, Industrial
Managed Ethernet I/O Module, and Industrial Secured Device Server.
Essential duties and
responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrated and effective abilities in opening
New Account, understand product requirements/specifications, system and
interface specifications, standards compliance documents, systems-level
architecture, oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Self Start pre-sales activities on an ongoing
basis with quotes,
configurations, product presentations/demos and architectural discussions
with the customers
- Translate requirements into system / platform
architectures, and coordinate architectural implementation at customer
sites
- Interface with the FAE and product management
teams to provide them feature requirements gathered from customers
- Work closely with FAE teams to be a post-sales
point of contact to our customers
- Significant and demonstrated success and deep
understanding of system level design
- General Knowledge in many of the following
technology areas: SIP, H.248, MGCP and other variants of VoIP signaling,
IMS.
Knowledge of PSTN, Wireline, Wireless network elements, architecture and
components and next generation architectures like IMS
- RTP and RTCP VoIP media transport
- VoIP Security implementations
- Full IP Protocol Suite (IPv4, IpV6, ARP, RARP,
ICMP, IGMP, TCP, UDP)
- IP Routing/Switching (Layer 2, Layer 3, RIP,
OSPF), Telnet, FTP, TFTP
- Soft-switch, media processing, multi-media
applications (Unified Messaging, Conferencing)

- Strong ability to successfully translate
requirements into architecture, and to coordinate the architectural
implementation into cost effective design and configurations
- Track record working on the implementation of successful
carrier class products

communication, wireless and video arena
- Comfortable and proficient working across
software and hardware telecommunication systems.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering- Electrical,
Computer Science or a technically related discipline or equivalent sales
working experience
- Fluent English in reading, writing and
conversation
- Five (5) years of related industry experience or
equivalent
- Product knowledge: Industrial PoE, Industrial
Ethernet, Industrial Media Converter, Industrial Communication Computer,
Industrial Managed Ethernet I/O Module, and Industrial Secured Device
Server, etc
- Technical leadership
- General consulting skills
- Excellent communication skills both in oral and
written form
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational
abilities
- Demonstrated ability in presenting technical
information
- Ability to travel a standard of
30% of the time
Requirements:

qualification of potential customers and initiate contact via outbound

General Sales Activities:
- Address customers’ area of concern by pacifying
disagreements or discontent with company standard operating policies
- Build new partnership relationships. Strengthen
and enhance existing relationship
- Creatively and decisively respond to
opportunities to stimulate growth and to build sales momentum
Lead
Generation, Qualification and Development:
- Generate and cultivate leads to facilitate
product pull-through from the distributors
- Follow up and distribute leads from trade
magazines by lead tracking, distributor follow-through, and assist
accounts with closing sales
- Follow up and distribute of tradeshows leads by
initial contact and qualification and tracking and quoting on special projects,
etc
Customer Service:
- Support Customer Service as needed
- Process, input, and verify Customer’s Purchase
Orders
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email,
mail, or fax
- Verify pricing and availability of stock for
telephone, fax, and email inquiries
- Clearly and politely explain all necessary
information and corporate policies to our customers
